In January, Ho Chi Minh City earned VND5,808 billion from 310,000
foreign arrivals, achieving a year-on-year increase of 37.8 percent.
In addition to this figure, local officials said, there were one million
domestic visitors to the city.
The Suoi Tien Tourism complex and Dam Sen Water Park saw 650,000 and 350,000
domestic arrivals, up 5 and 6 percent, respectively.
In other tourist areas, the number of visitors showed a sharp increase.
