On 11 February, Saigontourist’s Super Star Aquarius and cruise
ships berthed Tien Sa port. Most of the more than 2,000 passengers were
American, British, Australian, Canadian and Chinese. This is Da Nang's largest
number of cruise ship arrivals this year.
The visistors toured the city by cyclo or went to Hoi An old town and the My Son
sanctuary. Some went shopping at the XQ hand embroidery shop and the Han market.
From now to the end of February, three more cruise ships carrying about 2,500
passengers will visit Da Nang.
