From April 2012 new
regulation is applied for 3 month business visa and 1
month business visa (B3):
- Visa approval letter to
get visa on arrival is issued only for travelers that
apply visa 7 days (or less) before the date of arrival.
- If travelers apply visa
more than 7 days before arrival date, they have to
choose to get visa at Vietnam Embassy.
If travelers want to get
visa on arrival, they have to wait till 7 days before
arrival date to apply visa.
